Kidney Transplant and Post-Transplant Care
Our integrative solution designed to improve your health.
Patients with chronic kidney disease may face significant challenges in managing their condition, such as limited availability and access to comprehensive, high-quality treatments without barriers. Additionally, difficulties in medication supply can lead to persistent complications and hinder the management of comorbidities.
These challenges can be even more pronounced depending on your country of residence and the resources available in the healthcare system. Specialized and multidisciplinary medical care may be limited and costly, making it unavailable to a large portion of the population. This often results in a significant decrease in the quality of life for most patients.
At Colombiana de Trasplantes, we offer integrative solutions to improve quality of life and well-being of patients with kidney failure, addressing their medical, emotional, and social needs.
Our solutions for
patients with kidney failure:
This service aims to determine if the recipient and donor are suitable for a kidney transplant, perform the surgical procedure on both, and initiate post-transplant care for the recipient.
Our program focuses on monitoring the recipient’s health, including one in-person visit and two virtual follow-ups, as well as the prescription of essential medications to prevent kidney rejection and manage associated risk factors.
